Ordering
How do I place a catering order?
Browse the menu, add the items or packages you want, and submit your event details at checkout. We review every request, confirm availability, timing and the final total, and then contact you to finalize it.
Do I need to create an account?
An account is optional. Order as a guest and track with your reference and email or phone, or create an account to keep your orders together in My orders. Paid and completed orders remain available there. You can also save a guest order to your account from its tracking link.
How do I track my order?
If you ordered while signed in, open My orders at the top of any page. Your paid and past orders stay there too. Guests can use the Track your order link in their confirmation email, or open Track an order in the footer and enter the reference with the email or phone used when ordering. On the tracking page you can save a guest order to an account.
Can I mix items from different menus?
Yes. You can combine Italian Food, Wraps & Greens and Mexican Kitchen items in the same request.
Is there a minimum order?
Each item lists its minimum quantity and serving basis on the menu, for example per person or per platter. Our catering packages are designed for groups of about 10 to 100+ people.
Do you offer individually packaged meals?
Yes. We offer individually packaged meals and shared group trays. Choose your packaging preference at checkout and we will confirm it with you.
Pricing & payment
Am I charged when I submit a request?
No. If you choose card, you continue to Stripe’s secure checkout and your card is only authorized: Stripe places a temporary hold for the estimated food total, but nothing is charged. When we confirm availability and the final total, we charge your card (including delivery and sales tax, if any). If we cannot take your order, or you cancel before we confirm, the hold is released. Card details never reach this website.
How can I pay?
Choose credit or debit card, or cash, when you submit your request. Card payments go through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay): your card is held when you order and charged when we confirm. If the bank asks you to approve a later charge, we email you a secure payment link. For cash, you pay the confirmed total at delivery or pickup.
Are the prices on the website final?
Website prices are estimates in U.S. dollars. Your confirmed quote includes the final total with any applicable sales tax, delivery charges and other fees before you pay.
Do you accept tax-exempt orders?
Yes. Tax-exempt organizations must provide valid exemption documentation before payment.
Event details
Do you deliver, or can I pick up?
Both. Choose delivery or pickup at checkout. For deliveries we confirm the delivery fee and arrival window with you before accepting the order.
Do you provide plates, utensils and napkins?
You can request napkins, utensils and plates at checkout. On-site setup can also be requested; we confirm its availability and any additional cost.
Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?
Tell us about allergies and dietary needs in the notes before your order is confirmed. Vegetarian options are available. Our kitchens may handle common allergens, so cross-contact cannot be guaranteed unless we confirm it in writing.
Changes & cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
Before we confirm your order you can cancel it yourself, free of charge, from your order page (“Track your order” in your email): any card hold is released right away. Once your order is confirmed, use “Need to cancel?” on the same page; our team reviews the request and refunds according to our cancellation policy and what has already been prepared or purchased. If we cannot accept your order, you are never charged. Changes to date, time, quantities or menu are subject to availability.
