Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Business review required: these terms are a launch template, not legal advice. Add the business's full legal name and review them with qualified counsel before accepting paid orders.
1. Catering requests
Submitting the website form creates a catering request, not an accepted order or guaranteed reservation. An order becomes binding only after the business confirms availability, menu, quantities, fulfillment details, final pricing, taxes and fees, cancellation terms, and any required payment or deposit in writing.
2. Pricing, taxes, and fees
Website prices are estimates in U.S. dollars and may be based on third-party reference menus. The confirmed quote controls. Applicable sales tax, district tax, delivery charges, service charges, gratuity, equipment, setup, and other disclosed fees may be added. A payment processor or tax service may calculate tax using the fulfillment address. Tax-exempt customers must provide valid documentation before payment.
3. Menu and substitutions
Items, ingredients, portions, availability, and presentation may change. We will seek approval for material substitutions when reasonably possible. Images are illustrative and actual presentation may vary.
4. Allergies and dietary needs
Tell us about allergies and dietary restrictions before confirmation. Kitchens may handle common allergens, and cross-contact cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing. Customers are responsible for communicating accurate dietary information to their guests.
5. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact, guest-count, access, address, and timing information; obtain permission to use the venue; provide safe and lawful access; and promptly notify us of changes. You must be at least 18 and authorized to place the order for the named organization or event.
6. Payment
If you choose to pay by card, you authorize your card on Stripe’s hosted checkout when you submit a request. Stripe places a temporary hold for the estimated food total; nothing is charged until the business confirms your order. On confirmation, you authorize the business to charge your card the confirmed total, including the delivery fees and taxes stated in the confirmation, which may be collected as a separate charge to the same card. If a charge cannot be completed, you will receive a secure link to pay. If your request is not accepted or you cancel before confirmation, the hold is released. Card details are processed and stored by Stripe, not by this website. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may delay or cancel fulfillment.
7. Cancellations and refunds
The Cancellation & Refund Policy and any order-specific written quote apply. If they conflict, the confirmed written quote controls.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent requests, scrape it in a way that harms service, or upload malicious or unlawful content.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation of liability should be reviewed and finalized by counsel for the actual business entity.
10. Governing terms and changes
Applicable federal, state, and local law governs. The business must add its governing-law and dispute-venue provisions after confirming its legal entity and principal place of business. Updated terms apply prospectively from the date posted.
